Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Delivery within Switzerland usually takes 1–3 business days once shipped.

• Free delivery within Switzerland.

• For EU countries, shipping costs are calculated at checkout or provided upon request by email at info@wedic.ch.

Carriers
We primarily use Swiss Post and trusted logistics partners. Tracking information is sent by email once your order has been shipped.

Customs & Import Duties
International (EU) orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or handling fees charged by local authorities. These costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected time, please contact us at info@wedic.ch so we can assist you.
