Recommended Daily Intake
The recommended daily intake of Shilajit resin may vary depending on individual needs. Start with 100–200 mg per day and increase gradually.
Recommended daily dose: up to 500 mg (e.g. 250 mg twice daily, morning and evening)
The included measuring spoon allows simple and accurate dosing.
Preparation
Dissolve the measured amount in approx. 200 ml of lukewarm liquid, such as water, milk, tea, or coffee. Alternatively, the resin may be placed directly under the tongue and followed with liquid. Honey may be added if desired.
